The Lost Mermaid and a Shem Creek Moonlight Jamboree will enrich your child’s imagination and immerse them in Charleston’s magical low-country landscape and marine life while teaching social lessons about the danger of judging others by appearance or language. Shem Creek sea friends spurn Lily because of her many differences until she performs a magical feat that saves them. By embracing differences, children learn important lessons about cultural diversity while being sensitized to their marine environment.
